We are experienced in managing multiple events like trainings, courses, seminars and such through offline and online platforms, especially events organised by USM Health Campus’s staff. For the record, in 2022, we successfully managed over 40 events either with USM or outside USM staff. 

The event management packages are categorised based on UTS management fees, namely 10%, 15% and 20%. The scope of work includes finance, management and technical & marketing, where the details differ based on the management fee. All event management packages are inclusive of financial work. However, UTS is very flexible and open to discuss with interested parties on the fee and scope of work.

In general, the work scope of UTS in managing events are as below:
• Registration of participants
• Managing financial work such as payment collection, income statements and event budget
• Forming an event committee to handle participants, catering, facilities, USM CPD points, certificates and more
• Ensuring all technical equipment work properly like microphone, recording and speakers
• Promoting the event inside and outside USM through announcements and posters
